This may have been asked before, but why doesn't Jerry say "Buenos Noches, Amigos" at the beginning of games
anymore?

Yes, Derek... some of like the little extras we get from Jerry, which is why a number of us were drawn into this board.
I do agree this probably does not belong in this forum (2008 Regular Season Discussion), however. I have moved it to The Dawg Pound where I think it is more appropriate and notified the original poster.

not to revive an old thread but now that I'm back in New England...well now I'm currently on vacation in Florida battling Fay yeah that was timing for
me, and the games I was able to listen to he still says it, did he resume saying it or was it just missed in the past by the OP?

I just heard it... though during the first inning, not during the intro when he used to say it. I don't know if I had just missed it before or not.
