is over and we are now LOSING 15-14. I still think we'll make the
playoffs, but we sure as hell won't be going far. But then again, Zink won't exactly be on the roster for the post season, so it's a moot point.
All I know is this game won't end 15-14, and the team that loses is gonna feel like crap.

better

Maybe the Sox should have looked for some pitching help for Manny ...

it may just be one of those games where nobody can pitch and the team with the last at bat wins. that happens a couple times a year. lets hope because we have
the last at bat. we've gave up 13 runs the last 2 innings and are only down by 1. go figure.

this is almost too funny to watch. a $100 million team with zero pitching from the bullpen, how does that happen?

I've gotta admit that I think I've run the entire gambit of emotions so far tonight. Right now I am beyond anger and am settling in on utter
disappointment.

ETA: Holy stuff...what a crazy game! Yeah go ahead, and give Papi the intentional walk...yeah...that worked!

Papelbon can't even make it easy...... Texas has too many bats to be quiet all night. The Sox needed to keep scoring after the 1st. I knew this would be
double digits for both teams. This should be a fun couple of more days!!!

Wow. Absolutely... WOW!!! That was the ugliest, most disappointing, most exciting win I can remember. Let's hope the rest of the series isn't like
this.

Well I switched back in time to see Youks put us up but Pap did not pitch well at all ... but well enough to get the win. What a wild, weird game and the Sox
are very, very lucky to come away with the win.
I sure would have liked to have been at the ball park though ... I love an offensive game and well .... can't get more offensive then this ... literally. Sharon |

The Texas offense came as advertised. But, so did their pitching and our bullpen.

What a wild, wacky and frustrating game this was but at least we WON. You could see why Washington didn't look worried when we went up by 10 runs with the
offense they have, imagine if they had any pitching to go with it.
