Zink..another knuckleballer to fill in? Devern Hansack has pitched at Fenway before and would be on regular rest Hope Clay has a decent outing today...we need him to be the Clay we know he can be! Hot Dawg Posts: 1095 08/10/08 3:46 PM Dawg in Training	Pretty obvious to state, but with Wake on the DL now, and Buchholz doing SO poorly, the pitching rotation is in big trouble. From what I read, it seems like there are no good pitchers out there to be had, and counting on callups this time of year makes me nervous. Look how highly Hansack was touted last year and when he came up, he was terrible. Joan

Dawg in Training Posts: 860 08/10/08 7:20 PM Dawg in Training	This is the same problem Wake had last year, they hope by doing this now he will be ready later on. I hope they are right. Bowden is scheduled to start tomorrow and Hansack on Tuesday, guessing it will be one of these two. I was surprised they let Pauley start yesterday because this injury is the reason Wake came out of his last start early.

He was BETTER than we expected him to be and now he is struggling in his rehab. Woe is me. Another disappointing start for Clay. It seems he tries to overthrow when he gets in a bind. Frustrating. We'll have to hope the young'uns show up and fool some of these guys. They have a year more experience so let's hope. S. Sorry to ask this--did we just win ANOTHER World Series?
