Chris Carter will make his Red Sox Debut
Suspect a revolving door for a bit as various options are tried to handle Papi's DL stint. Think Carter has defensive issues so more likely a DH role?

I'm glad to see they called up Carter. I hope they keep him up until Ortiz is back.
The guy has hit well at every level of the minors, and there's no reason he can't hit in the majors. He's a defensive liability either at first or in left, so DH is his best position anyway! At least he gets a chance now!!
