I use Firefox.
[Edit to add following] Today I click on the chat room link and enter with no problem, under the following conditions:
1. I am accessing through Firefox.
2. I am on Mac OS X as opposed to Vista.
3. There's nobody in chat right now.
So, we have already established in this forum that according to other users the operating systems are generally not an issue. Doesn't rule it out completely, but unlikely. I find it difficult to blame the browser when I know we have other Firefox users on here and it happens sporadically on the same browser. However, I won't rule it out completely if someone has some solid information regarding known compatibility issues with Yuku's chat and Firefox. Therefore I'm left with thinking that Yuku's chat has some problems consistently handling larger amounts of traffic, such as during a game when more people are likely to be accessing it. While it's possible that there could be a lot of little things, like one thing from Firefox along with one thing from Vista and one thing from Java occasionally aligning like the planets, I believe the onus is on Yuku to address why this is happening. Whether anyone else has reported it or not, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person this has happened to.
Just to round out the testing, I'll fire up the laptop (Vista) and see how that's working. That's where I've had the problems.
