			<description><![CDATA[ Getting Beltran would not help at all. This guy has been nowhere near worth his contract. At least Manny has produced consistently for the 8 years here.
Beltran has been an average player for all 3 years of that deal so far. The fact that we could have had Tex for Youk and Hansen last week should have been done
immediately. Trading Manny to FLA as the rumors are currently would not get much in my opinion, unless we are getting the other Ramirez back. ]]></description>

The pitching got hot down the stretch, and made numbers that were mediocre up to that point turn into a good bullpen.

<p> Beats me. I think some teams are just flat out destined to be mediocre. Pittsburgh is a prime example. They gave away two solid players for essentially
