			<description><![CDATA[ Josh Papelbon was drafted by the Red Sox in the 48th Round of the 2006 Draft.  He played for The University of North Florida where he developed into a submarine pitcher.  He finished his 2005 season with the lowest ERA in the NCAA (1.48) and ranking fourth in saves.  He ended 2006 (his junior year) with a 4-3 record and a 2.81 ERA.  He surpassed the school record for saves (20) by reaching 24.<br><br>He's currently a closer at Lowell.  Through July 28, he had a 0.00 ERA and a perfect save... ]]></description>
